Step 1.
Book your free Discovery Session
We start with a Discovery Session—a free 15-minute session that you can book right away.
Whether you are new to coaching or if you are new to coaching with me, I encourage you to start with this session before purchasing any of my coaching programs.
The purpose of this session is for us to see if we click and if coaching is the right fit for what you are looking for.
It's like a relaxed chat over coffee, where we explore your goals, discuss what coaching involves, and answer any questions you have about coaching or my programs.
Just bring yourself and your curiosity!

Step 2.
Complete setting up your Discovery session
(1) Coaching Journey Starter & Discovery Session Setup Form
Upon booking your Discovery Session, you'll be prompted to complete the Coaching Journey Starter & Discovery Session Setup Form during the checkout process.
This form gathers essential information about you, your coaching needs, and lets you select your preferred communication platform for our session. It takes about 15-20 minutes to complete thoughtfully and helps us prepare to dive deep into the Discovery Session from the start

Importance: Submission of this form is mandatory to finalize your Discovery Session booking.
Please ensure you submit it after completion.

(2) Check your emails
After you've submitted the Coaching Journey Starter & Discovery Session Setup Form, please check the email associated with your Paperbell account—the one used to book the Discovery Session.
​
You will receive emails providing the necessary details to connect with me and how to access your Discovery Session.​
Step 3.
Choose your coaching programs
Selecting the right coaching program can be overwhelming.
To simplify the process, I've structured programs by session count, allowing customization to your pace and schedule.

During our:

First session for short programs or Momentum Series programs,

Adaptive Session (30 minutes) or Clarity Session (90 minutes) for weekly 8-52 sessions programs,

We'll design your program's focus together, leveraging my decade-long coaching experience to tailor it to your unique coaching needs and goals.

While waiting for your Discovery Session, feel free to explore my available programs.

Step 4.
Complete your coaching program purchase
Once you've chosen your coaching programs, you'll be automatically directed to the booking appointments page and then to the payment page to finalize your booking.
Please note that your appointment booking will not be completed or confirmed until you complete your payment.

For most coaching programs, there are multiple payment plans available to match the frequency of sessions. Various forms of payment are accepted via Stripe.
​
As a bonus, a discount coupon is available when you join the Discovery Session, so be sure to book it before purchasing your coaching programs :)

Additionally, past clients who have completed a coaching program with me will enjoy a discount when purchasing their next program. We'll discuss this discount near the end of your current program to ensure that your next steps align with your desired pace and goals.
Step 4.1
​Book Your First Session!
Timing: After purchasing any of our coaching programs, consider leaving 1-2 weeks before your first session.
This gap gives you ample time to review and work through the coaching materials provided, ensuring you're fully prepared for our time together.

Booking Recommendations:

For Weekly Coaching Programs (8-52 sessions): Schedule the 'Adaptive Session' (30 minutes) as your initial meeting.This setup allows you to fully engage with your coaching materials before diving into more intensive sessions.

For Conscious Conversations programs or The Enneagram Express Programs: opt for the complimentary 'Kickstart Session' (10 minutes), especially tailored for new clients.
This brief introductory session is a perfect start and will be linked in the email along with your coaching materials instructions.

Additional Note: The Kickstart session is available to all clients, regardless of the program purchased. You will receive an invitation link via email to book this session at your convenience.
Step 4.2
Sign your Coaching Agreement & decide your coaching schedule
1. Sign the Coaching Agreement:
Before moving forward, you will need to sign a coaching contract. This formalizes your commitment and outlines the terms of our coaching relationship.

Quick Reference: A summarized version of the essential contract terms is available for your convenience. This helps you understand the key points without having to read the full document right away.

2. Set Up Your Coaching Schedule:
After signing the agreement, you'll be prompted to fill out the Coaching Setup Form.
This form is critical for establishing the logistics of your sessions.
​

Coaching Schedule Time Slots: Choose three preferred days and times each week that fit your schedule.
These should be times when you can attend sessions uninterrupted.
Ensure at least one of these slots is consistently available for the duration of your program. The additional slots will provide flexibility should we need to reschedule any sessions.
Please also book your session in accordance with your selected time slots. -
Preferred Communication Platform: Select from Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Discord for our sessions.
This choice will set the standard for how we connect, unless we need to adjust due to special circumstances.
Remember, you will initiate the call at the scheduled time.

This scheduling option is included in the Coaching Setup Form but is only available if you are enrolled in one of our Weekly Coaching Programs (ranging from 8 to 52 sessions).

Decide when to have your 'Adaptive Session' (30 minutes): You can schedule this flexible session at the beginning, mid-point, or end of your program.
For new clients, it is recommended to schedule this session at the start. This approach ensures you have ample time to engage with your coaching materials and are well-prepared to maximize the benefits of subsequent sessions.

Conclusion:
After booking your first session, signing the Coaching Agreement, finishing your purchase, and completing the Coaching Setup Form, you'll be directed to a Thank You page.
This confirms that your program's purchase is truly completed, and you're all set to start your coaching journey!
Step 5.
Dive into your coaching materials for your first session
For New Clients:
Before your initial coaching session, complete two essential exercises to prepare you for your coaching sessions:

Coaching Program Kickstart Worksheet: Reflect deeply on your goals and aspirations with this exercise, taking 30-45 minutes. You can download it from the client portal upon program purchase.
You will find instructions regarding this exercise from an email sent to you when you complete your program’s purchase. -
iEQ9 Questionnaire: Discover your Enneagram main type in 30-45 minutes. Upon completion, you'll receive your Enneagram report(standard version) via email.
You will receive another email for the questionnaire link with instructions on taking it, and how to read the report efficiently shortly after your first email received upon purchase completion.

These preparatory exercises are integral to our coaching journey, ensuring we start off on the right foot and are fully prepared to dive into deep, transformative discussions.

Conclusion: Upon completing your program purchase, you will receive a series of three emails to guide you through the initial steps of your coaching journey:
1. Instructions on coaching materials
2. iEQ9 Questionnaire link
3. The Enneagram report - standard version, after completing the questionnaire.

These emails are designed to ensure you are fully prepared and equipped with all necessary tools to begin your transformative coaching journey effectively.

For Returning Clients:

Sequel Kickstart: This exercise is necessary if you've taken a break of more than one month before starting a new program. It helps realign your goals and refresh your motivation.

Seamless Stepping Exercise: If your break between programs was less than one month, you'll continue with the Seamless Stepping Exercise from your previous program. This ensures a continuous development path without the need for reintroduction.

Note: Returning clients will not need to redo the iEQ9 Questionnaire as they would have already received their Enneagram report from previous programs.
Step 6.
Engage fully in your coaching sessions
Accessing Your Coaching Session:

Google Meet or Microsoft Teams: You will receive a calendar invite with the session link included. Please access the link from the calendar invite to join your coaching session. You can also find this link by logging into your Paperbell client portal, where your appointments and their details are listed.

Discord: For sessions conducted via Discord, you will initiate the call at our scheduled session time. Please be online and ready on Discord to start the session promptly.
Session Preparation and Participation:
To maximize the effectiveness of each coaching session (except the Adaptive Session for the 8-52 weekly coaching programs series), you are expected to complete two key exercises:

Pre-Session Exercise: Before each session, take 15-20 minutes to reflect on your current emotional and mental state and decide what you would like to focus on during the session. This preparation helps tailor the session to your immediate needs and goals.

Post-Session Journal: After each session, spend another 15-20 minutes to capture the key insights and commitments discussed. Recording your thoughts in your own words helps solidify the learning and actions you'll take moving forward.

Session Duration and Format:
Most sessions are either 30, 60, or 90 minutes, depending on the coaching program you have chosen.
To maintain focus and ensure privacy, all sessions will be conducted as voice-only calls. This format helps you concentrate fully on the conversation without visual distractions.

Maximizing Your Experience:
Ensure an uninterrupted experience by turning off notifications on your communication devices during sessions. Your coaching time is a dedicated space for your personal growth and reflection. Embracing this uninterrupted time allows for deeper engagement and more significant progress.

Programs Sessions' Structures for Weekly Coaching Programs Series:
The sequence below outlines how sessions are structured within the Weekly Coaching Programs. Clients will be able to choose from various session durations based on the specific program they have enrolled in:

Adaptive Session (30 minutes): Recommended for new clients to book at the beginning. Returning clients may place this session according to their pace and preferences.

Clarity Session (90 minutes): A deeper dive into the core topics of your coaching journey.

Regular Sessions (60 minutes): The backbone of the program, these sessions focus on continuous development and achieving your goals.

Milestone Session (90 minutes): A comprehensive review of progress and planning next steps.

Session Booking Instructions for Weekly Coaching Programs Series:
Please book the session with its timeframe in accordance with this sequence provided. The quantity of each session time frame depends on the program chosen.

Suggestions for Returning Clients on Usage of Adaptive Session:

At the Beginning: As a preparation or warm-up session to brainstorm and discuss briefly, then take a week to reflect more before diving into the Clarity Session immersively on the topic of the whole program’s directions and goals.

In Between: As an interval to take a short break and recheck the directions of the coaching journey so far if it aligns with the entire program’s goals. For longer programs like 24 and 52 sessions, it is recommended to place this session every 10-12 sessions.

At the End: After the Milestone Session to act as an afterthought session, discussing plans after closing the coaching program.
Step 7.
Completing your coaching program with impact
Program Exceptions:
Please note, the following materials and procedures apply to all coaching programs except the Enneagram Express series and Reflective Sessions.
Final Coaching Materials:
To conclude our coaching contract meaningfully, specific materials will be made available in your Paperbell client portal prior to your scheduled final session. These materials are designed to solidify the gains from our sessions and help plan your next steps.
Material Completion Instructions:
You are required to complete one of the following materials within 7 days after your final session:

Accountability Blueprint: Choose this if you are concluding your coaching journey for now. This material helps you maintain the progress you've made and continue applying the insights on your own.

Seamless Stepping Exercise: Select this if you're taking a short break (less than one month) before starting your next coaching journey. This exercise ensures a smooth transition and maintains the momentum of your development.
Note: Completing this exercise means there's no need for a Sequel Kickstart at the beginning of your next coaching program. -
Recharge Roadmap: Opt for this if you're planning a longer break (more than one month) before resuming your coaching journey. This roadmap helps you reflect on your progress and prepare for re-engagement.
Note: Your Sequel Kickstart coaching material will be available immediately upon your next coaching program's purchase for completion and submission at least 3 days before the first session of your next coaching program package.

Guidance in Your Final Session:
We will discuss which material is best suited for you during your last session, so there's no need to stress about remembering these details. This discussion will ensure you choose the material that best aligns with your future goals and current achievements.
